Memory Care
My brother signed on the dotted line because of the cost. But he stays there because of the administrator and the staff. They make sure that he gets the medical care he needs and takes him to his appointments and check in on him everyday to make sure that he gets what he needs. You have to be buzzed in to get into the facility and you have to have a mask and your temperature is taken.
My stay has been great. I truly enjoy the staff and residents. They let me interact with the staff and employees. Best environment for me during my time of loss.
The people who work here are nice. The facility is well kept and hospitable. The food is not good though. My relative says the portion sizes are small and the food is unhealthy, not tasty, and repetitive. It is too bad because otherwise, we've been happy with Savannah Grand. Food is so important when it could be something for residents to enjoy and look forward to each day. The medication nurse who works here is very professional, responsive, and helpful.
