Recent reviews of Memory Care in Medora, IA
Edencrest at The Legacy in Norwalk, IA
4.7

We chose Edencrest at The Legacy because the director made us a part of the family rate second that we walked in for our tour. All of the residents and staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we walked into the memory care unit there was a lady who was asking some questions and she just included her in our tour and she was talking to us both and answering all of our questions. You just get a good feeling the second you walk in. During the tour you could tell money was not what motivating her, she really truly cared. We would definitely recommend The Legacy to others looking.

Holland Farms in Norwalk, IA
4.5

The director, [name removed], is great and so are the nurses and the activity director. The younger people who work there are decent, but they are young and not sure they really know how to converse with older people. Dad enjoyed being teased by staff at [facility name removed] and I really haven't witnessed that at Holland. They are polite. I think its a matter of experience. I really like Holland Farm...if I ever need to end up somewhere. I would choose it.

Vintage Hills of Indianola

We wanted to find a memory care facility that was near us and allowed cats. Moving our loved one to a memory care facility was stressful enough for him and we knew if we also took away his cat, it would be detrimental to his overall mental health. The staff at Vintage Hills have been wonderful in making our loved one feel at home and keeping us informed of issues
