Memory Care
The staff are usually great and I'm sure not appreciated enough for all they do. Sometimes there is not enough staff though. There are several events offered, but some residents seem to get left out. The food has a good variety, but is questionable at times. Rolls or bread should be offered with most lunches and dinner's. Overall, it is a great place, just a few things that need adjusted.
I like that my parents live in a place that is extremely convenient for me. My patents are happy with the meals they are provided, no complaints at all. They keep the facility clean and beautiful in and out. The staff are very attentive and helped get my parents to be more active. We came up with a plan and they followed through with it and it has been a good outcome. It is a pleasant place that is warm and inviting.
We made the decision to move mom into Reflections Memory Care a few months ago and we still think that we made an excellent choice for mom. We liked what they had to offer and we knew it was a good fit and did not look any further at other communities. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. We always feel like we are welcome when we come and visit mom. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. She is quite comfortable in her room. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to engage and she is participating and making new friends. I don't know that she has ventured outside to enjoy the fresh air with the weather as hot as it is now. We would recommend this community to others.
