About the facility Fifth Season Residential

At Fifth Season, our facility design is smaller, in order to provide unique Personal Lifestyle Programs that are intended to instill a feeling of self worth and value to our residents. Specifically, our programming is designed to provide quality of life and slow the aging process. Alzheimer's care, exercise, interactive music therapy, beauty salon experiences, mental stimulation, and socialization...all combine to create the Fifth Season experience. Our staff focuses on what our residents can do, rather than what they cannot. We believe that in spite of aging, an older adult still has a world to experience...and we are there to support them.

Low staffing levels were a concern. Meals were not as they had been presented. Staff were friendly and caring.

Excellent care of my mom

Mom was struggling with loneliness and depression after Dad died. She moved into the Fifth Season Marion IL in 2017 and quickly made friends. Her health improved and she was treated like family by the staff. The meals were delicious and we were glad to see her gain back some of the weight she had lost. I am so grateful to Fifth Season for giving Mom a wonderful life there. She passed away in 2019 otherwise she would still be living in her apartment there. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

Tour experience

We had a good tour experience with Fifth Season Residential. The main reason we did not go with them at the time was because they were limiting visitors and did not have any outside activities or entertainment coming in. It was due to covid so things may have changed since we toured.

Frequently Asked Questions about Fifth Season Residential

Fifth Season Residential offers Studio and 1 Bedroom. Learn more.

A Place for Mom has scored Fifth Season Residential 9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
