Brookdale Napa are responsive and have met all our needs. Some of the staff are very friendly, depending on the person you are dealing with. The care being provided is good, they are meeting our needs. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a pretty full list of activities available for residents if they wanted to get involved.
mom is happy at Pacifica which is very important. The staff is wonderful, caring and pleasant. I admire all of the care takers and appreciate all they do. Mom likes her meals and all of the activities. Pacifica is clean, the grounds are nice and it is great place for those live there. Thank you all!!!!
