The staff at Sterling Inn are very helpful during the move in as well as for daily living. This is my parents favorite of the places they've lived from Ohio to Las Vegas to Victorville, Ca.
My mother-in-law was there for rehab. I though the care was good. She's kind of a hypochondriac but my wife thought the care was good too. It was all very good, I thought. It was clean. They had activities for the people if the wanted to take part. She took part a couple and I think she enjoyed them. She complained that she would right the bell and no body would come but I don't know how true that is.
The staff are very friendly. They keep us updated and they call us anytime my mom has a problem,. It is very good communication. The staff are very caring and they do their job well, We chose this community because it was close to our family. We did a lot of research and visited at different times of the day and we really liked the environment at this community. It was also very friendly and very clean. I would recommend this community to other families.
