We would recommend The Warren to others. The staff is wonderful with communicating with the family and keeping us informed about how Dad is doing and involving us, as much as we want to be, in his care.
I do love the place she's in and the people who care for her. I pop in at all hours of the day and night. As far as the Value for the money I don't know that there is a correct number. You expect a certain level of care regardless of the cost. Everything we pay for has earned a 5 and we pay for that, no matter how. Good care is priceless.
The staff members here at Wingler House would be above 5 stars, they are wonderful. The grounds and community itself is very clean, however sometimes the hallways are a little messy by the exit door. The value for cost here is excellent, if I was living somewhere else, i would leave and come to Wingler House.
