Management Staff is very professional and patient...much experience in senior needs and challenges. Maintenance request and response have been on point. Although, desire that the maintenance department be more focused in repairs so as to avoid repetition of the same job. Desire that parking be monitored more. Would not mind paying a fee for a reserved parking spot. Overall, this community is a good place to retire and call home. Very convenient for your shopping, banking, and spiritual needs.
I am happy with the community I chose. The facility is clean in all public areas, My apartment has enough space for me to feel comfortable and it comes with a kitchen to make my meals. It's amazing how much activities that they have here.
Victoria Park is a very nice and well-kept community. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable. I have my own car and do my own grocery shopping and my own cooking. They do offer bus trips for weekly shopping trips into town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there are not enough activities available for the residents. I was hoping for something more in the game rooms, like ping pong, or pool tables, not just tables for crafting. The activities they do have are geared mostly for people who enjoy sewing projects. But oh well, if all else fails, play Bingo.
