The apartment is very spacious. The laundry room is on each floor, no laundry hookups in each apartments. Elevator to get to different floors, stairs are kept nice and clean. They have a reading room. Prior to covid they had activities, not currently. Indoor pool to be swimming Monday through Friday during certain hours. They do have several workout options including a treadmill and free weights. A pool table as well. They have a nice sized tv room with a couch and a few nice chairs. A couple times a day public transportation comes by. This may cost. All utilities are included in the rent. You have to pay for cable. Allowed up to 2 pets that can weight up to 25 pounds each. $325 pet deposit non refundable for each pet. No pet rent monthly. On Monday and Friday they have garbage drop off. The staff will take it to the dumpster for you from the building. I feel very secure here. The doors open with a key locking fob only the weekends and after business hours during the week. 150 apartments, most are for lower income but 12 are for people who make more than $51,000 yearly. The Masonic Lodge comes 3 times a year to have a buffet and serve the residents. It was a feast when we had it here at this community!

I like that it's a small facility (60 rooms) so the staff knows everyone personally and vice versa. They also do a family dinner the 3rd Thursday of every month and invite family to participate in activities, especially outings. I am very please so far and think it is a really good place value wise.
