I would say that the leaders and staff know their jobs, and do make an effort to provide a comfortable environment for the residents. It appears to be best suited to residents who have some degree of autonomy. Seems a little pricey now since new management took over a few months ago and prices increased.
I'm a nurse and really appreciated the care my loved one received. I was impressed with the size of the facility. They have a limited amount of residents and really get to know the people living there. They knew if you didn't eat meals or get out and about. The RN and CNAs were in contact with me very often because my mother in law was sick and going down hill. We actually had hospice care at the facility. They went above and beyond.
