We chose Liza's House because it was not cold and stale, it was more like a home and that is what we really wanted for her. The room sizes are really good for what she needs. It just gives us a sense of peace and security knowing that she is here and well taken care of. I would recommend to others.
Our loved one loves the community very much and is happy being there. The communication is good but there is room for improvement with communication. I would recommend this community to others and already have.
The cleanliness of the community while our loved one was there was excellent. We did have an issues with one care giver but the issues was resolved and everyone was very friendly and really nice. Sometimes our loved one was not a happy camper when it came to the meals, but we did really like that the residents had to come out of their rooms and eat in the dining room for meal time. They always had a lot of activities going on, plenty of opportunities for residents to get involved. We liked that our loved one had their own room, with a nice bedroom, bathroom and big closet. Also the grounds of the community are really pretty and were very well kept, you could look across and see a pond with geese and ducks.
