We love the staff there! And the apartments are a nice size. It was close, and we know people who have lived there before and loved it. I would say go for it! It's a beautiful place, it's clean, it smells good, and the residents are well taken care of. And the staff also help with the resident's pets which is awesome.

My daughter and I came out to check it out and I just fell in love with it. I have a nice two bedroom, 1200 sq. ft. cottage that fits all of my furniture which made me very happy. Most of the other places I saw would never fit all my furniture. Everything is taken care of here. The maintenance is taken care of and they hung all my pictures for me. The girls in the office are always ready to help. They even helped me get my deposit back from another place. We have just enough things to do, not like some other places that have way too many things going on. We have bunko and Saturday morning breakfast. I didn't want one of those places were you had to eat all your meals together. I wanted to eat in my own house. I’m in a little cluster here where we all have little dogs and walk them together. It’s a really nice group of people here.

Within city limits, residents take boat tours down the Rogue River or explore pristine parks like Riverside and Tom Pearce on paved trails and boardwalks. Just outside of town to the south, the extensive trail system at Cathedral Hills overlooks the city and the surrounding peaks, providing endless opportunities for adventurous hikers and bicyclists. Even the art in Grants Pass celebrates the outdoors: Public murals and bear statues decorate the Downtown Historic District, and the Evergreen Federal Bank’s Bear Hotel features exhibitions of whimsical, locally created sculptures and dioramas depicting the region’s diverse wildlife and geography.
