Senior Apartments
The community is very friendly and everyone seems very good. I would recommend this community to others
The owners aren't very friendly. I believe they are short staffed. I asked how much it would cost for more assistance for my loved one due to a medical condition. There are times where my loved one will have bed sores due to wet conditions. The community didn't even do a virtual visit for a doctor during COVID with the multiple medical conditions my loved one had. It is a good place, clean, and the community is nice. It is easy for my loved one to get along with her walker. The head nurse is controlling and doesn't delegate because she doesn't think anyone will do the job correctly. There is a lack of communication about things that have happened. They are starting to allow visits in the courtyard, but I didn't find out about this until a friend told me about it. My friend found about it on Facebook. My mother hasn't seen the hairdresser since February. The community still doesn't have their hairdresser back. I've made the decision to bring my mother home. The community did ask if there was anything they could do to help my mother when they found out she was leaving.
