I just spoke with my mom and asked her if she could tell me why she likes The Village. She said that everyone there is so nice, the food is very good, her room is kept very clean and she has friends to visit with. My experience with the staff has been positive as well. We've had a couple of glitches, but they were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. The Village is also nearly $[removed]/month less than the previous facility. We would highly recommend this facility!
I rate the very best for all of these categories that our listed. Morada Quintessence is an excellent place. Based on the experience we have had so far we would by all means recommend the community to other families and in fact already have.
We think this is the perfect place for our loved one even during the pandemic. They have small special events that take place, they have some activities going on right now like happy hour, door decorating, and movie nights 1-2 days a week. She has a two bedroom with a gorgeous view, she is really happy that. One thing that was important to her was that they have a salt water pool there where she is able to continue with her pool therapy.
