Buena Gardens Senior Apartments in Minotola, NJ
4.5

I am happily settled here and enjoy all aspects of daily life. I especially appreciate the peaceful surroundings and friendly neighborhood residents. All the staff at Buena have been wonderfully helpful and accommodating if I needed anything, and my pets are very content also! The transition was so easy, and I am sure I made a good choice coming here!

Pewter Village at Collingswood
5.0

I came to Pewter Village with a very low credit score due to loss of job and other factors. However, I was given the opportunity to rent through the kind understanding of the owners/landlords. I greatly appreciate their very helpful understanding of my situation especially since my 30 years previous to the last couple of years was with a very high credit score. The 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a single person. It is comfortable, but roomy enough. One of the best features is the washer/dryer in the apartment. In addition, the apartment is completely refreshed for each new tenant. That includes replacing included kitchen appliances down to the included dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, and the washer/dryer combo. It is freshly painted with a new rug installed throughout most of the apartment. It is also reasonably priced and 2 bedroom apartments are available if needed. I am on the 2nd floor, but there are 1st floor apartments available if needed. Great deal!
