I came to Pewter Village with a very low credit score due to loss of job and other factors. However, I was given the opportunity to rent through the kind understanding of the owners/landlords. I greatly appreciate their very helpful understanding of my situation especially since my 30 years previous to the last couple of years was with a very high credit score. The 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for a single person. It is comfortable, but roomy enough. One of the best features is the washer/dryer in the apartment. In addition, the apartment is completely refreshed for each new tenant. That includes replacing included kitchen appliances down to the included dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, and the washer/dryer combo. It is freshly painted with a new rug installed throughout most of the apartment. It is also reasonably priced and 2 bedroom apartments are available if needed. I am on the 2nd floor, but there are 1st floor apartments available if needed. Great deal!

I currently live at Pewter Village at Collingswood. There’s no food service. There are no activities to speak of. The manager and the head of maintenance are very accommodating. The size of the apartment is comfortable.

The staff were helpful when I moved in. They explained everything about the community and answered my questions. They keep the common areas clean. This is like living in a park setting. I liked that this community is close to family.

After touring the facility, the staff were very friendly. However, I found the building to be quite old and dreary. I was not terribly impressed as far as how the facility looked, but it is a nice place.
