Senior Living Apartments in Cohoctah Center, MI

My mother has lived here for almost 2 years. She has loved the facility. The staff is very supportive and she has made many new friends. The facility underwent major renovations when she first moved in & everything looks nice. She enjoys the scenic walking paths with her little dog. Our only complaint would be the lunches available for purchase Monday-Friday aren't always a good value for the amount she pays. Sometimes it appears it's frozen food just reheated and not freshly made

For about 21 months our mother had been a resident of Woodhaven. We have nothing but positive things to say about the facility and the wonderful staff who work there. Everyone is so kind, helpful and eager to be of assistance. The place is kept clean, the laundry is cared for and the meals are excellent! They also work hard make sure there are many wonderful activities for the residents. As a place for independent living, you could really do no better. All the staff and residents became family to us. Due to mom’s progressively worsening dementia, we felt it necessary to move her to a long-term care facility. However, we will have nothing but pleasant and wonderful memories of Woodhaven and all of the people we were privileged to get to know. My dad is currently a resident at Quality Care of Howell. Every time I have visited, my dad's place is neat and well taken care of. The move was difficult because we needed a place rather quickly for my dad, but his room is very nice and it seems like the staff are caring as well. I would definitely highly recommend this facility to others.
