The staff is friendly and willing to work with the residents. I have a smaller apartment but it is large enough for my needs. It is a clean and quiet place to live.

For the amount of the rent, we don't have utilities to pay. They're quick to respond when you need something fixed. The staff is very pleasant and the neighbors are great. The location is perfect for me.

Good value since all utilities and cable are included in the rent. I wish we didn't have to pay for laundry.

I am currently a resident at Plymouth Park Apartments and everything has been great for me here. I've never been more happy! I love this place, we are all Independent Living. The move in process was excellent. Any issues that you have in your apartment are handled quickly. The cleanliness and friendliness are great, as is the staff. I would recomend Plymouth Park to family and friends.

This community is nothing fancy, but still nice and it's clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything is included in the price (including utilities and basic cable.) It's in a great location. Communication with the family is good, they're pretty quick to respond. Dad doesn't have any complaints and is happy here. The only think I would suggest is a second maintenance person. The manager seems to have to help the maintenance man often and I think they would really benefit from more help if they could find a way in the budget to do that. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

The thing that stands out the most to me is my mom, who is not a particularly outgoing person, has seemed to make friendly pretty quickly. I was surprised by that. The apartment is pretty nice. I suppose I could live there if it were just me. She likes her balcony that looks over the park. Her only complaint is there isn't much to do, partly at least due to Covid. Other than that, she's happy there. And I think it's a good value.

Next to an industrial park. However very affordable, especially on a limited income. Considered this a great deal. This is a great community for seniors that live on a fixed budget. There were a lot of people here still active in the community and it was one of the main reasons we picked this community.

I chose Plymouth Park mostly because of the cleanliness and the courtesy of the management and maintenance team. The residents here are also phenomenal and very welcoming. I would give the staff members above a 5 if I could, they are great. The apartment sizes are really good, I have a balcony and the room is good size. I would recommend to others who are looking and already have.

Person in charge was very pleasant and helpful. The location was not what I have expected. Long commute to Ann Arbor to visit my son. Location traffic too much for me.

I took a tour Friday [date removed]. BOTTOM LINE = NO. PROS: Grounds were well maintained and contained a large variety of shrubs, flowers, and trees and beautifully manicured lawns. Backs up to Hines Park. Inside all public rooms were very tastefully decorated, with plush furnishings. Tenants were happy and friendly. Lots of activities. I viewed a one bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. They both were very nice. Price was 1150 for two bedroom with all utilities included. Central air. CONS: Apartments have electric ranges. Very far away from here Plymouth and Haggerty. They were bought out by a big company effective February, 2020. They are not sure if the new owners will change any policies

I was very surprised and happy to have gone on my tour. The facility is better than I expected after reading all the comments about the apartments. I like the location it is in a safe looking area and the apartments them selves are very nice. I did lease an apartment for a year and I am looking forward to moving in.

After I had seen a different facility, they were not as bright and cheery inside and through the hallways. This community could use some brightening up. The apartment looked fine. Overall they definitely were not as comfortable to me. They did a nice job on the tour and they were very positive.

I took a tour of the Plymouth Park Apartments and i didn't like the location of it. It wasn't near any stores or other places. The staff that i met were attentive and my tour guide was very knowledgeable. They took me on a proper tour through the community overall, i thought it was clean but, didn't like the location.

A Place for Mom has scored Plymouth Park Apartments 9.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score.
