Excellent experience with maintenance & mgmt! I would recommend to others.
The biggest area for improvement is the food. I understand that the chefs cook a low sodium and low sugar diet, but there is hardly any variety. And the food is incredibly bland. We drop off home-cooked meals or do Uber eats to my grandfather. The staff is all super kind. They seem to know all of the residents by name and they always speak to my grandfather. Anytime they see him in passing. They manage his medication as well and keep us up-to-date. He has had some recent health issues over the last 12 months that have required him to go to the hospital and the nurses always make sure they give us a full report before they send him.
Belden forest is a great place to live and the manger [name removed] is wonderful very passionate and caring person.
