It's been great for my mom. I was very impressed. The apartment is very nice. I can't tell u how friendly and helpful everyone has been. My mom is doing very well. She is participating in the activities. Eric has been very helpful with my mom. He's been very good. The only downside is the kitchen area. The cabinets are way too high. My mom would have to get on a step stool to use them. The microwave is high as well. Everything else has been great.

Since I live in Orange County, I have only visited my Dad a few times there. My sister, on the other hand is there at least 1 - 2 times a week. We find the facility quite adequate for. The people are very friendly and seem to care about each person. They are willing to help in any way you ask. They provide a monthly menu for the meals, have live entertainment, and televisions available in each room as well as in the lobby. Each person has a nice bed and a closet to store their clothes. Overall, the facility is large and allows those that are mobile to move quite a bit. They also have a large yard that they have been improving upon. This is especially nice in the summer.

Everything is immediately addressed. Very friendly, goes out of the way to notice you, ask how you are, called by name. A nice plus is the people that live there are open and welcoming. Staff, they have you meet all the staff and people you will need for your care. Food is very good and presented nicely. There is even a menu for people that don't want the regular nice menu. Food is tasty and you can request more or different drinks, fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, different desserts. Activities are varied and often from movies, people brought in with different types of music, games, talks etc. Plus the activity manager lets you know what is coming up , notices so you don't miss them. And they are fun, you join your friends and meet new people.
