I like living at this community. The manager is wonderful and caring. I like that I have a place that I can cook on my own, but each Friday I do enjoy all of the meals that are home cooking and them nice always decorate on the holidays which are enjoyable. They do offer alot of great activities that are available if wanted. A lot of social activities and a nice library. I would highly recommend this great community with great care and a nice value for others.
Heritage Park at Monrovia is a very nice place, overall! It is well kept, clean, and everyone seems friendly. My Dad really seems to be enjoying himself here, I haven't heard any complaints!
I had toured a few other facilities and nothing came close to this one as far as the apartments, pricing, or activities. For activities, they have a pool, bingo games, meet and greets, and card games. The staff here is great and if something breaks, they are on it immediately. All of the apartments have been recently remodeled within the year and all new appliances. I would recommend this facility to other families.
