Alexander Gardens is by far the most peaceful, beautiful, and friendly place I've seen. My mom loved being there, and the staff went above and beyond to make Mom feel at home. The grounds are the most beautiful and tranquil and amazing that I've seen in any other resident facility that I visited.
Nice, but tiny apartments. Non-smoking policy on property is not enforced well. Management very weak on this. Management also tricky with fees for cleaning then not shampooing carpet you've paid for to move out. They will also remove a perfectly good screen door then charge you $185 to put it back again. Tricky...although pleasant. Photograph everything the way it is before you move in.
