[name removed], the director, is very patient and kind. She explained everything in detail and was very accommodating to our requests. She made the transition very comfortable and is always available for questions or just to chat. The other staff members are also very friendly and helpful.

I moved here in 2017 and began Assisted Living, because my health was poor. The excellent care I got helped me get my health back and I moved to Independent Living. This is a caring and friendly community and I'm happy living here.

I like the independent living arrangement with a sociable atmosphere. There are numerous activities offered and I choose the ones that appeal to me. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful.

What we really like about St. Andrews Assisted Living is the super friendly staff members and how caring they are. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families!

Based on what I observed and my loved one's feelings at the time as a new residents, we would rate the experience high. The person who assisted us in no longer is working there. I was also impressed with the person who helped me from A Place for Mom.

Due to my mother's physicality, she needed skilled nursing. From the staff and food to the care and schedule, I would give everything a 5 star rating. My mother has only been there a couple of months and the staff has been fantastic, very caring, and uplifting. Their focus on individuality for the care and needs of each of their residents is top notch.

Moved into a two bedroom apartment with beautiful lake view in mid-November. [Name removed] the Residency Director was very helpful in answering questions and making each resident feel that their needs were being met. She provided multiple tours of the housing options and the Cape Albeon facility to the resident and the entire family. The apartment was updated with new paint and window treatments prior to moving in. They also allow some customization such as hanging ceiling fans and adding electrical outlets. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. There is a monthly calendar of events available. The grounds are spacious encompassing the lake, surrounding walkway, and the outside patio. Currently the holidays are in full swing. Last weekend the grandkids and great-grandkids attended the Breakfast with Santa. Cape Albeon provided breakfast, visit with Santa and carriage rides. It was a wonderful family event.

We have been very pleased with Cape Albeon. The staff is remarkable. Everyone has been very friendly, and if there are any questions or concerns (e.g., something needs attention in the apartment), service ihas been prompt. The only thing that we have not liked is the quality of the food at supper. However, options are available, such as ordering a sandwich off of the lunch menu.

We have Brooking Park as the top choice of the two facilities we would consider for our mother. We liked the rooms and [name removed] knew his business. The remodel was a bonus. As we have said we hope our mother will never have to go to a senior living facility but Brooking Park was very nice.

My parents moved here in the fall. This is the place you HOPE exists. The professionals who work here take pride in their work, and most importantly, they care. They are accommodating, interested, empathetic, available, and prompt. You cannot believe how much community is here and how much they want to see this community not only grow but thrive. I couldn't be more pleased.

We are new here but I have never met so many friendly people! I looked at least 20 different senor living places and this met all our needs. For us, the cost and pet policy had a lot to do with it. We are directly across from the park. There is no extra cost, at all, for pets and they were fine with the fact that we had three cats. The places keep much of the historic architecture charm of this building. They bent over backwards for all our needs. We are on the young side here but for my disabled husband this is a great place! For me the only draw back is there is no pool.

We are so thankful for and pleased with St. Andrews. They have been very caring and helpful. I appreciate the time they take to educate us on items, when needed. They always reassure when calling that nothing's urgent, but just wanting to share information. It's comforting to know my Dad is in a good, safe place that is relatively convenient for my Mom to visit daily. She loves getting to know the staff on a personal level. Thank you for your assistance in helping us choose the right place for Dad.

I am very happy with this community. I like the staff that is always caring and helpful. It is clean and that is nice to see a home taken care of.The meals are very good and I enjoy everything. They offer nice activities for me to participate. I recommend others to this community for great care and a nice place to live.

We are very satisfied with this community and the staff. My loved one really feels like this is home. The staff is great about making sure my loved on has what they need. The community also offers a good amount of activities for my loved one. I like the cafeteria that they have.

I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The community is up-kept and the food is good. They offer activities on site that my mother at the time is participating in. I feel that she is in a safe place with great caring staff. One of the things i like is the small layout of the community.

My parents don't complain about being here. The staff are right there is there is a problem. They are eating very well and enjoy it all, they even gained 5 pounds! My mom participates in every activity and dad is still getting use to talking to people. They love the courtyard which has flowers, a bird tree and a rabbit. I would definitely recommend this community.

I know they are in the process of getting a bus with a wheelchair lift and they really need one. So anyone who needs a wheelchair or has one will be limited in that area.

My father is so happy at Tower Grove Manor! He was basically a shut-in. Thank you Tower Grove Manor!
