The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. They are great with my loved one and he can be difficult at times. They call me if anything happens. The place is always clean. They do the laundry. The move in went as well as one could expect. It is hard for them and hard for me. They were very encouraging to me. You can visit any time, day or night. The meals smell great, look appetizing and are very good. They have an excellent chef. You can eat with your loved one if you want to. I would recommend this facility. It's an older facility with 20 private rooms, although it seems very homey.
Oak Park Place Menasha has been a great place for my mom. Mom is in the Memory Care area and they really do a nice job. I’d like to specifically call out the Activities staff, they really keep everyone involved, mom really enjoys it there. The facility is very nice, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in need.
It's a very typical Assisted living place. Nice size apartments, expensive rent with cheap food served cafeteria style. Standing in line waiting for food, like school kids. The ones that are not mobile wait even longer. I would recommend but with reservations.
