Lower ratings only due to "no place is perfect" and sometimes when you make a request it may take an extra minute for stuff to be taken care of. Not sure of reason, When you "renew" your living quarter contract they forget that "the extra" $ increase is sometimes a huge demand on the tenant and family on a social security budget.
Even though our loved one has only been there for a short while, the staff have really gotten to know her. Every time our family comes to visit they know us by name, they recognize our face and always greet us with a smile. The staff have no problem keeping us up to date with anything regarding our loved one. We did have a medical concern about a month in and the staff were very quick to notify us and help us with the situation The showed they have swift and quick response time and it says to us they were always paying attention to our loved one even during the night shifts
Very nice place but issues with staff turnover and clinical knowledge are deficiencies. Meds not given on time. Loosing meds. Food not on time, not producing meals that are on the menus, only offering a sandwich multiple times. Not enough staff to take orders and deliver food. Facilities staff is great and the administration staff is nice and helpful.
