I was extremely pleased with Ascension. The establishment, as well as the patients, were always very clean. I never detected any smells or odors -- and I have a keen sense of smell! They were communicative, helpful, and caring from my first visit until my Mom's death. My mom suffered from dementia, and was in the memory care unit. The staff was awesome, and during her stay there, the patient/staff ratio was such that, in my opinion, she received top notch care. Even though Covid was on the decline while she was there, I had to call ahead to schedule visitation, but was never denied, and I could call anytime during the day or night to check on her. I visited a couple of other places before deciding on Ascension, and they all paled miserably in comparison to Ascension. It was just the place I was looking for, and I would highly recommend it. Ascension was exactly what I was looking for.

My loved one was here for a few months for rehabilitation, and overall I thought they did a fine job. It was a well kept, clean facility, and the aides and nursing staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Christa and her sister are outstanding. They are very courteous and always willing to help. The coordinator is very good with activities and the food is really good as well.
