I have the cleanliness an overall 3 out of 5 because while most of the facility is clean at times, they have neglected to clean the toilets and floors in our loved ones room.
So far things are going pretty good. It's very clean, and the staff is really nice. She likes the food, it's the best of anywhere she has been. We had a friend that had some experience here before, and was pleased with it. One price covers everything. We are really happy, there really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better.
I have lived in Independent Living at Ridgecrest almost 2 1/2 years. The person who has influenced my life since she moved here is [name removed] in Wellness. Her exercise class starts at 10 am Monday through Friday. Now I'm not a morning person but she has changed my life style. I don't want to miss my exercise class! She encourages us and challenges us each day. She is one of the most organized and efficient individuals I've ever been around. She is excellent at her job, not only exercise but change of life style-(Ridgecrest's biggest loser). I've lost 12 1/2 pounds' so far! Yeah!! She has helped me so much in problem areas one-on-one. We are so fortunate and lucky we have someone as dedicated as [name removed] helping us to stay healthier!! She is a treasure!!
