I would recommend them. The resident to staff ratio is really good. The Executive Director left in March, and they are looking for a new Executive Director. The communication with the former was great.

I'am confident knowing my mother is safe and in good hands. Now that we are through the adjustment period, she is doing very well. This is a very well maintained community, they do a very good job with keeping her room and the facility nice and clean. They have an excellent staff, I'am very impressed with how they go above and beyond. There are many activities for her to try, and the staff is very good at encouraging her to participate. The food is fair, they different cooks, so it really depends on who is cooking. They are caring for her well and I would recommend this facility.

Our loved one lives at Pemberly Place in the memory care. The memory care is smaller, so the care staff are able to provide the one on one care that our loved one needs at this time in her life. The staff have great communication with our family when it comes to the needs of our loved one. The director of memory care meets with us to review the plan of care and what our loved ones needs are as the disease progresses. The director is great at providing education and knowledge about day to day struggles and what to expect. We love that there is an on site medical clinic that we can use at any time and the provider makes house calls to the memory care. The community is accommodating to meet the needs of our loved one from the foods she likes to the activities that she likes to do. The cost per month is all inclusive with no additional level of care which is great!
