[name removed] really lives it at Charter. She has lots of Friends and this is her first time living on her own. She is thriving. [name removed] can't stand or walk without a walker. She has fall a few times and they have a necklace to wear with a button that calls the staff. All have been so kind. The Facility has a nice dining room and variety of Menu items. They have helped her change clothes and diapers when needed. They are all sweet and tell [name removed] they are there to help. [name removed] apologizes to them. [name removed] and [name removed] have been helpful and kind too. Anything we need we just call [name removed]. Mostly the folks that live there made us feel welcome and help make our decision on putting our loved one there.

I highly recommend Cardinal Landing Memory Care to others. The facility has a homey feel because it seems as though everyone is a family there. The place is exceptionally clean and everyone, director to cleaning staff, are friendly and attentive to the residents.

The staff and caregivers do a wonderful job caring for my mother in law. They are always responsive to our questions and concerns. Hometown Manor has set our minds and hearts at ease when we needed a home for our loved one. Could not ask for a better place to get excellent care!
