Today was the first chance I got to visit with [Removed]. Her room is very nice. All the personnel was very helpful in getting me in and out and directing me to her room. I have had other neighbors and friend live here, but it has been a while. But, found they are still the same friendly facility.
They helped without it feeling like it to the residents. Everyone was happy and alive!! Employees enjoyed their job.
Some of the folks that work there are absolutely wonderful. The food is god-awful. I've seen it and I certainly wouldn't eat it. They do a terrible job of cleaning her room. [name removed]is the Activities Director and she is always working to get people involved and really works her hiney off. They otherwise are suffering, like so many other places, at funding and retaining qualified staff. Based off of the experience, I would still recommend them to others.
