For the most part, our family and friends who've visited there have been pretty impressed with the place. It's very clean and efficient. The staff is friendly and seem to take care of Mom well. The food looks pretty good. They offer plenty of activities. Sometimes their communication could be a little better, but overall I've been satisfied and would highly recommend it.
Everything at Parkside is wonderful. I am well aware of how things can be in facilities and I have been nothing but impressed with this facility. I would 100% recommend Parkside! The nurses are completely on top of everything and they are absolutely wonderful! Everything with communication is great and there was a conference that I found to be very helpful. The food is wonderful and the cleanliness is amazing!
The food at this community is excellent. They offer three meals a day as well as two snacks. They have a bistro and drinks available all day. The staff strive to please and are friendly. The housekeeping staff does a good job of keeping the community clean. I like the design of the community. They keep the families active with each other.
