We found this community for my friend and it's been a blessing. She is 100% better now that she is there. They take really good care of her making sure she gets her medicine and they bathe her. She loves the food and and the people are so kind to her. There are daily activities that she is starting to enjoy. The price is right too. I would recommend this place and I have.
I think she's in good hands. I've talked to her once or twice since she's moved in there and I have a favorable impression of them but I don't have a lot of specifics. Generally the staff was very helpful; there was one person who was a little bit pushy. She told me she is very happy there and I know she was very happy with the assistance she got when she was moving in. That was very helpful for me as well.
If you have a dementia or Alzheimer's patient who needs round the clock care, this is an excellent place. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent care. The food looks amazing, like restaurant quality food. They have chefs that prepare it. The cost is one of the highest out of the places we looked at, but they have very low staff turnover and are a very well established community. I rate them highly for their stability and quality of care.
