I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and polite. Food is not provided on a regular basis, you are responsible for your own meals. The apartment size is comfortable and the amenities are great! I'm a little old fashioned, and the cost may seem a bit high, but you pay for what you get and I wouldn't change it. It is a very lovely facility and I have recommended it to several already and will continue to recommend to others.
My loved one is currently a resident at Olympics West Senior Living and overall, the experience has been very good. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The staff and care services are also good. My loved one is doing well.
My mother has lived in this assisted living and memory care unit of Fieldstone Cooper Point. I cannot say enough in favor of the director and staff. They treat my mother with respect and affection, and have always worked very closely with the family to ensure that we tare comfortable with care. The Assisted Living side has a good restaurant and has activities like the weekly happy hour that Mom really enjoyed. Now that she is in memory care, all of the people we've met go over and above to make her happy. They even sing to her, knowing music is her one enjoyment now.
