The move in process was great - they have tall carts with wheels that are very helpful. The meals are very good - restaurant quality. Communication with the family is good as well. My dad fell once and I received a call as soon as they got him settled. The staff are truly awesome. Very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping is also good. They come every week to clean my dad's place and are very nice and thorough. I would definitely recommend the facility to family and friends.

Had some issues getting the payment of the rent organized. They're a little behind in the electronic payment process They need a little more help. They're keeping up as best they can with the number of employees they have that show up to work For what they provide, they do a great job. The staff is very interactive with the residents. It's great that they know them by name on sight. Sometimes it's hit or miss. The process of getting food to the rooms of the residents needs to be redone. Again they need more help. There's always something for the residents to do. [name removed] was very helpful throughout the process of getting our dad into the facility. She provided updates along the way up until he was moved in. [name removed] the facility manager is amazing! She's been very helpful and patient with all of us. She's kept us up to date on the changes and challenges they've endured. She made it a point to provide her direct number to allow us to reach out to her.

I'd say it's a nice welcoming community. The size of the community is good. It's not too big and it's easy to get around. The staff seem to try and get to know not only the resident but the whole family!
