The major factors were the size of the community. It is small enough to not be intimidating. The other huge factor for my brother is that it actually has a decent size group of older guys who eat together, watch sports events together and keep each other company.

Experience has been, for the most part, good. I still have some things that I need to figure out or speak to someone about, and honestly, I would love it if there were a community much closer. I would definitely recommend it.

This community has a homey atmosphere. This is a small community and you just know everybody there. They have a small dining room and a large front porch with rocking chairs. There was a refrigerator in my husband's room and the food was very good. This is a clean well taken care of community!!

We really liked Culpeper Baptist! The cottages are big and private making it feel like home. The community is smaller and offers some activities. The tour was very informative and they were very friendly. If...

Our family had an in person tour and we had a wonderful tour this was our second choice. The girl we did speak with was a little to salesy and had all the "right answers" which made us a little skeptical.
