The staff I have encountered have been very friendly. Everyone is friendly and approachable, no matter what time of day I show up. I have never caught even a hint of bad smells and I worked in different facilities for almost 15 years. It always smells fresh and clean. Communication has been outstanding on any issues that have come up. I see that my dad is very happy and I also see him putting on a bit of weight, which is a good thing because I was getting worried. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
My mom and dad have been really happy here. They will come in and clean their spacious 2 bdrm apartment. They provide 1 meal a day and if they can't come to the dining area they will bring the food to them. The staff is very good and they communicate well with me. They engage them to join the daily activities. They have a nice porch and a walking path. I would recommend this community.
Very helpful and friendly! They have helped a lot in getting mom to the best bank for her, getting her hair done, getting to the church she wants to go to, and so much more. We did not get this level of attention at other places we've been in. After mom was in there a week, Tiffany (their administrator) proactively called me to let me know mom was doing well and give me some updates. Especially for the money, the value you get at Wesley House is great. (We've tried other places that cost more and delivered less.)

Many seniors may be able to live without assistance, but the burden of home ownership and the upkeep of daily tasks and chores might be a deterrent to living an independent lifestyle. Independent Living Communities offer a good alternative to this situation. Basic chores such as meal planning and housekeeping are handled by staff and a calendar of recreational and leisure activities is provided, allowing residents an opportunity to use their time as they wish, free from daily responsibilities. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and interests. Typically consisting of a private living area and a full kitchen, these communities offer residences with many of the amenities of apartment life but without the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and there will be more time to spend with them with the basic maintenance of daily tasks out of the way. While policies differ between locations, a number of residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to enlist the services of private medical professionalls, they always have the option. There are a variety of benefits and costs to consider when selecting an independent living community. It is important to determine if these amenities are included in your plan: wellness program, meals, initial assessment fee, utilities, transportation, Waiting list deposit, move-in fee, and housekeeping. The benefits and amenities that pertain to independent living include healthcare center, beauty salon & barber shop, game/TV room, community activities, fitness center & swimming pool, laundry service, golf course, and concierge services.
