Brandywine at Senior Suites in East Norriton, PA

First, you need to see this facility. They did a major renovation and it looks so different. It has been modernized and looks amazing. My Mom has been at Brandywine for a few years. It is a tough decision to make when your loved one needs more care than what you can give. The apartments are roomy. The food is wonderful. There are so many activities that one will never get bored. My Mom is now on the Reflections-Memory Care Unit. The care and support that she receives is amazing. She is well cared for. The staff is so genuine and supportive to my Mom and family. Administration takes the time to talk with you and answer your questions. It is like an extended family. I am so happy with making the decision to move my Mom to Brandywine.

Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line a CCRC in Media, PA
4.9

Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line is a very spread out facility for independent living, but the section for assisted living is more condensed and tight knit. For independent living they offer a studio apartment, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment. They have tons of activities provided for residents to participate in. There is a huge indoor pool clubs, bistro bar etc. Tons to do. I would recommend Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line to others looking. It feels more home like and has beautiful surroundings.

Rosemont, Pennsylvania

Independent Living

Independent Living Communities offer seniors a nice balance between an independent lifestyle and not having to worry about housekeeping. Seniors may live their lives as they desire while their food is cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are taken care of by staff, and social activities are scheduled and organized. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar age groups and backgrounds. Typically comprised of a private living space and a full kitchen, these communities offer residences with many of the amenities of apartment life but with none of the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and more time can be spent with them with the basic maintenance of daily tasks out of the way. While policies vary between locations, numerous residences allow pets as well. Nursing and health care services may always be arranged for with private care providers as desired. There are a variety of expenses and benefits to consider when selecting an independent living community. It is important to determine if these amenities are covered in your care plan: housekeeping, parking, internet access, private phone, utilities, Waiting list deposit, wellness program, and field trips. The benefits and amenities associated with independent living include healthcare center, community activities, game/TV room, security guards, private rental hall, restaurant-style dining hall, concierge services, and laundry service.
