[Name removed] has been so helpful and kind! She gave me a tour and I felt very welcome and comfortable. Many residents are friends and they share my feelings. Quite an asset to the Delphos community. I will recommend your facility to many.
I live in Florida so have not been home since their move. My siblings who live close to my parents stated it is nice. I really have heard nothing negative so far except some of the residents who live there weren't overly welcoming to my mother when she joined a bingo game one day. But my sister spoke to activities director about it. My Dad just states his food is cold a lot. But they are at that age where I'm not sure how true some comments are. It is cheaper than their previous facility.
I thought the staff were all super friendly. Place was very clean. Felt some of my Dad's medical issues were ignored that needed attention and due to that had to be taken to the ER. My parents went thru several chefs while they were there one year and felt serving size was very small and felt snacks should be offered in evening time. Had long discussion with nurses to get my dad at the appropriate level of care to decrease cost of care. Felt he was charged too much and it was corrected. It was also very expensive.
