HCF Management operates this community, which specializes in caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory impairment. The staff understands that seniors have unique needs, and their mission is to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Specialized care services are available for seniors who need assistance with arthritis. Caregivers also offer fall prevention, pain management, and stroke recovery services. Skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services are also available. The rehabilitation team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and therapists.

Our loved one is in one of the apartments on the grounds of Briarwood Village and does not yet need or receive any care. Actually it is more of a townhome, it is a free standing home with 2 apartments. What we really like about this community is the personable staff. The head of maintenance, [name removed], gave us a tour of the apartment prior to moving in and checked in with us during and after. Based on out experience we would recommend this community to other families.
