Enjoy independent living month to month rent apartments.. Maintenance has been here within an hour of notifying them of lost electricity, plugged toilet. Drive way, roads cleared from snow the day after the storm.. Side walks cleaned 2 days after storm in response to phone call. Friendly neighbors, lots of activities, mask required per Covid rules. Enjoy walking, bicycling, dog walking frequently. Feel safe here. Skilled care could use more staff for residents. Slow to answer lights, but courteous when arrived.. Covid Isolation sent many members into emotional & mental decline. For this reason removed mom from there & care for her in my ground floor apartment.

I like this community and they keep it well taken care of. The staff are nice and informative. They are doing their best to take care of her. The food looks good and mom seems to like it. This community does not accept Medicaid. I would recommend this community.

Independent Living

For seniors who desire to live primarily without assistance but would like the convenience of having chores and housekeeping handled by professionalls, an Independent Living Community may be the perfect choice. Daily needs such as the scheduling of social activities and housekeeping are accounted for, which provides occupants more free time to live their lives as they desire. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and interests. Residents’ quarters consist of private living spaces, each with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering an opportunity to entertain guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies differ between communities, many residences allow pets as well. If residents decide they would like to utilize the services of independent health care professionalls, they always have the option. There are a variety of benefits and expenditures to consider while choosing an independent living community. It is important to determine if these services are covered in your care plan: cable TV, private phone, move-in fee, meals, laundry, parking, transportation, and wellness program. The benefits that pertain to independent living include beauty salon & barber shop, private rental hall, community activities, laundry service, restaurant-style dining hall, transportation, golf course, and security guards.
