My father is pretty much liking the community. He has complained that the place is not getting cleaned. It has been 3 week since the cleaner has been in. The quality of the food is not good. We are paying almost $5,000 a month for services that are not fully carried through. The apartment is bright, cheerful and looks nice. The staff are excellent, so kind, and good. They are very accommodating.
My loved one had issues with their plumbing and heating . Dripping faucet and furnace that kept on running without kicking off . They have fixed the issues but it was very frustrating for my loved one . The community try's to keep my loved one in the loop of any events or special things going on on certain days . They have friendly staff.
This is the nicest place your loved one could live. Very beautiful and classy. Lots of regular activities for the residents. Staff learned my mom's name and interests very quickly. A safe, comfortable place for her. My mom deserved the best and this hit that note as the very best last place for her to live.
