So far in the time that I have been here, I tink it is a great place. I am pleased with everything and I feel very comfortable here, I have no complaints.
From day one I have been treated like a family member! Every place is clean in order and all employees a very accommodating, friendly, helpful and I can definitely recommend “Birch Bay Retirement “ who’s looking for the best. Congratulations to all including the exterior maintenance Crew , a job very well done . Let’s keep it up
They were under staffed but part of that was due to covid. They do a good job but only offer certain services. There was very little enrichment, but again due to covid. It is on the expensive side. The staff are wonderful, caring, friendly and always available. The facility itself is lovely- quiet location, beautiful gardens. Their focus seems to be more on memory care. They have less services for people with physical compromises. They really are doing really hard work in a difficult situation.
