I can't say enough about the care my mother-in-law received at The Lincoln Home. The small, home like environment was a perfect fit - staff go above and beyond to support each resident as an individual and treat them like family. There were always plenty of fun activities and opportunities for companionship. She absolutely loved and looked forward to delicious meals every day. One of the chefs used to make her favorite chocolate chip cookies and send them to her room! A caregiver learned her favorite author and bought books for her when she had read through the library's offerings! Especially during COVID, it was such a relief to all of us that she was being so well cared for, her medications were managed, her needs met and she was being nurtured during a time we could only visit by telephone. We will forever be grateful to the LH staff for providing such a kind and caring environment.... Read more

Rate increase of 43%!!!

My dad entered the lincoln home on May 2, 2016, we were assured by the salesman that "historically" rates went up 1-3% at the start of their fiscal year.(July). His rates actually went up 43% and we had to find another assisted living facility, he moved into the new facility on May 1, 2017. My family was lied to on 3 occasions concerning rates by the Executive Director. Inexcusable, unprofessional behavior. At the very least her decisions were an example of horrible management [Removed]

Very nice place!

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Lincoln Home is a very nice assisted living facility! It is clean and well kept, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately our loved one was beyond the level of memory care assistance they're able to provide, but I would definitely recommend them to families looking into assisted care in the area!

A Place for Mom has scored The Lincoln Home 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
