Nice looking memory care, would not recommend the skilled nursing

We've had experience with a few different sections of Chase Point, some good and some bad. Their memory care unit, Riverside, seems to do a very nice job and I would rate them a 4 out 5. I was impressed by what I saw when I toured. They have some good activities programs for the memory care residents, and the place seemed well kept and clean. However, we also had a brief experience with their skilled nursing section, Cove's Edge, which I was much less impressed with, probably a 2 out of 5. The staff were friendly and were doing their best, but the place just wasn't very clean or pleasant. There was a strong urine odor. It would be an acceptable solution for a short rehab stay, but I would never place my loved one here on a long term basis.
