Your commitment to caring for and genuinely enriching the lives of those you look after is nothing short of inspiring. You ensure that my father's room is more than just a space – it's a home, kept clean and comfortable. From the meals you prepare, the smiles and kindness mean more to family than you probably know. Big heart thank you Your work may seem thankless sometime, but please know that it doesn't go unnoticed. You are not just staff; you are guardians, friends, and extended family. Your dedication is a source of comfort not only to the residents but to us, their families, who rest easier knowing you are there

We chose Arcadia because she was able to transition to assisted living easily and the overall aesthetics of the facility, it was very pretty. It was also convenient to family members. The food was really good but recently in the last 2 weeks she has been complaining about it, I am not sure if they changed chefs or what. The staff have gone above and beyond to help her. She is really thriving in here and we are very pleased with the facility.

The staff at Heritage Place is very friendly. And the residents really enjoy being there. I had several who stopped me when I was touring and encouraged me to bring my mom there because they really love living there and thought she would love it too. The facility is a little bit dated and could use some refurbishment. But the staff takes good care of people, and the residents seem to love it there.
