The Bungalows at Bowling Green

Selecting a home for my mother was not an easy thing until I visited The Bungalows at Bowling Green. The Director and the entire staff are so kind, caring and loving. Small quaint environment with many activities planned daily. Feels like family to my mom and to me. I visit everyday and have nothing bad to say about anything, and I am super picky about everything especially when it comes to my mom’s care. The staff is super responsive. When making this tough decision, I highly recommend giving the Bungalows at Bowling Green a visit.

Village Manor in Bowling Green, KY

My loved one is well taken care of they think they have always lived in the community. There are very good meals and the staff work with my loved one daily. My loved one has their baby with them. My loved one has even made a friend and they seem super tight. The staff communication with the family is very good. They call me when anything changes. There are three chef-prepared meals a day served. There are no choices but can have extra if something they really like. There are also snacks and drinks in-between meals.

Bowling Green, Kentucky

Independent Living

For those who desire to live primarily without personal assistance but wish for the convenience of having their household chores taken care of by professionalls, an Independent Living Community might be the perfect choice. Daily needs such as housekeeping and the scheduling of social activities are taken care of, which provides seniors more opportunities to live active lives as they see fit. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and backgrounds. Within the individual units, residents have access to their own private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a companion if they prefer. While policies differ between communities, many residences allow pets as well. If residents decide they would like to enlist the services of private health care professionalls, they may always do so. There are a variety of expenses and benefits to keep in mind while deciding on an independent living community. It is important to learn if these amenities are covered in the service plan: transportation, parking, laundry, housekeeping, wellness program, internet access, utilities, and field trips. The luxuries that pertain to independent living include beauty salon & barber shop, community activities, healthcare center, security guards, transportation, private rental hall, laundry service, and fitness center & swimming pool.
