The community is understaffed at night. [Name removed] the DON is terrific. Good communication good follow through. They are overpriced for the staffing, it's a shame corporate medicine has turned elder care into. The meals are three a day. I think they bring a snack car around in the afternoon but it's limited with process package food. Also, drinks are limited. They really should provide coffee, tea, ice, water, and possibly diet soda like at all times.
Everything is going just fine for my loved one at Brookdale! The facility is well maintained and the staff are sure to cater to my loved one's needs. The meals seem to be very good, and my loved one gets the opportunity to participate in activities. This is a nice facility!
