The community is understaffed at night. [Name removed] the DON is terrific. Good communication good follow through. They are overpriced for the staffing, it's a shame corporate medicine has turned elder care into. The meals are three a day. I think they bring a snack car around in the afternoon but it's limited with process package food. Also, drinks are limited. They really should provide coffee, tea, ice, water, and possibly diet soda like at all times.

The value is good and for the most part it is very clean. We were impressed with the fact that there was no covid outbreaks. They have been very good about communicating with any changes, events and keeping us up to date with covid and other fun things. It is also just very cozy feeling.

We chose Brookdale because it was clean and the administrative staff were very friendly and informative. The room sizes here are nice and it is also close to the hospital. My dad really enjoys the meals here. They were easy to work with, they let me in the back door to see my dad which was helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.
