Parkwood is very nice and we have a great apartment. Everyone is so nice. We enjoy going to Bingo and exercise. The help has been really nice.
Very lucky to have Parkwood. It's in a perfect place and is well kept. Everyone is very friendly and I have a lot of friends here.
We absolutely love the KMH community, from the staff it has just been a wonderful positive experience. We have had no drawbacks or complaints whatsoever. The staff members seem very happy and content - they do not put on a show and for that it makes the biggest difference. If the staff are happy and well cared for then the residents will be happy and well cared for. They are very friendly and informative. The community is very clean, there are no fowl odors and friendly and family are welcomed to come and visit at any time. They have great activities there, the staff take our loved one down for her meals where she sits with a group of people for some socialization. The cost is excellent for all the services that are provided.
