The staff are very friendly and responsive. We had a slight communication issue when the rent check didn't process and we got a double bill a month later. We would have liked to know the rent was late and we could have fixed it faster. We now have our Mom on auto withdraw of the rent payment, which is very convenient. We haven't experienced the meals, but our Mom likes them. And the convenience of 30 meals per month is included with the independent living rent. She accidentally engaged her emergency button and the staff was at her garden home very quickly! This is a very big safety bonus and puts our minds at ease. I would AND ALREADY HAVE highly recommended this facility!
I would tell others that this is a nice place to live. The food is marginal. The communication with the staff was good and they were able to assist with answering any questions or concerns with my loved one.
